General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter: GTC) govern the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales offered by Discover-Pass.com, c/o Teramedia Sàrl, with registered office at au chemin du Frâne 4, 1805 Jongny, Switzerland (hereinafter: shop).
Any order in the Shop (both hereinafter referred to as purchase) implies acceptance of these GTC by the member/purchaser.
Any successful purchase is subject to a confirmation message on your browser and an e-mail confirming receipt of the purchase.
The sales contract is deemed to have been concluded at the time of confirmation of the purchase.
Obligation of the member/buyer
The purchaser undertakes to provide valid contact details when ordering and to pay the requested price if paying by invoice.
Domicile of the buyer
Only buyers domiciled in Switzerland or Liechtenstein may order products from the Shop.
Right of objection
The buyer may object to the purchase within 14 days of the conclusion of the sales contract. This objection must be made in writing (email or letter) and must be confirmed by the Shop. If the goods have already been delivered to the buyer, he must return them at his own expense to the address mentioned under point 1 of these general conditions.
No refunds can be made once the buyer has used the Discover-Pass at least once, nor if the purchase is older than 14 days.
Prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF), including VAT.
Payment is possible by :
- Credit cards (VISA, Mastercard)
- Postcard, Post eFinance
Subject to the provisions of these GTC, the shop acknowledges the confidentiality of the information that the buyer provides when ordering and undertakes not to disclose this information to third parties.
The buyer has the right to access and rectify personal data concerning him/her. To exercise these rights, the user must contact the shop and prove his identity.
The shop is likely to modify the present GTC. It will inform the buyers of the modifications made on the site. The version in force at the time of the order shall apply to the contractual relationship between the buyer and the shop.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute, the GTC in effect at the time of purchase shall be used as the legal basis. These GTC are governed by Swiss law, in particular by Articles 184 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations, to the exclusion of any other foreign legislation.
The place of jurisdiction is Vevey, Switzerland.
